Thank you for supporting the Founder’s Edition of MYST by My STEAM Team, LLC. We want your order to arrive safely and for your family to have a good experience with the game.

Returns

We accept returns of unused and undamaged MYST games within thirty (30) days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the game should be in its original condition with the cards and packaging included.

To start a return, contact us at hello@mysteam.team with your order number and a brief note about the reason for the return.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@mysteam.team within seven (7) days of delivery. Please include your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue.

For damaged or incorrect orders, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

Final Sale or Used Items

We generally cannot accept returns for items that have been heavily used, damaged after delivery, or are missing substantial components, unless the issue was caused by a defect or our error.
